You’ll provide us with all necessary documentation including: financial details, land and ownership information, a copy of your certificate of title, plus a once-off Preliminary Services Fee to get the approval process underway.
Now the fun really begins.
Finalise your design and style preferences, including colour schemes, finishes, fixtures, and fitting options.
Meanwhile, we’ll be busy arranging all drawings, engineering and site reports, energy rating reports, and council building applications as part of our standard price.

Once all approvals have been received and a deposit paid, we will then purchase all the appropriate materials via our construction management program and schedule a time to commence the construction of your new home.

And building your home off-site doesn’t mean you can’t be involved in the process.
That’s why your building supervisor will be on hand to provide updates and ensure that the agreed specifications are being met down to the finest detail.
